So this month starts the birthday season for me, and I can truly say I am overwhelmed. I have a two year old daughter, Logan, who is the most energetic, loving, and spoiled diva I've ever met! She's only two and I'm spending more than i would spend on my wedding day! lol...See the first birthday I told myself I wouldnt over do it, and of course I did. Wayyyy over did it. Moonbounce, face painting, water balloons, water guns, swimming pools, i mean you name it, SHE had it! So this year, I told myself I wouldn't over do it again, and I think I set myself up. Planning with my family is always major. We need to know what decorations we will have. What the invitations will say, what the party room will look like, what the food will be like, what the cake or cupcakes in this situation will taste like. I mean we plan everything down to the T. So I am a little over a week away and I still don't know what the party favors will be. I know i may have confused myself with this blog, but I need to get it out. The Party Favors are the toughest thing for me this year. See I ordered this pretty favor boxes off of celebrateexpress.com. and once they arrived, after i had already spoken to her father about the boxes, he decides to tell me that they color scheme, which is pink, purple, and turquoise, will NOT go for all the boys that i've invited. So now I have to come up with a solution for the boys on the list. As crazy as it sounds, I have no idea what to get them. Of course most moms would pile the boxes with candy or non factoring things like that, but see I'm different.I love my daughters birthday parties to be the best. So that means I have to come up with some ideas for the bags that will accommodate ALL the kids on the list. I know this seems easy, but for me, its been quite the task!
